Contact form
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process the details you enter: your first and last name, company, email address, country, industry, flow rate and your message. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and for the preliminary business discussion that follows. The legal basis, the retention period and your rights are set out in the Business opportunities notice below.
Hosting and processing
This website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands), which delivers the website and receives contact form submissions on our behalf as a data processor.
The language switcher and the translation of this website into other languages are provided by Lantis (Pol Angrill Domingo, sole trader, tax ID ES48021407Y, Rambla Principal 92, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), Spain; hello@get-lantis.com), which acts as our data processor. Every page loads the Lantis script from proxy.get-lantis.com, so Lantis receives your IP address and technical information about your browser. When a page is shown in another language, its text is sent to Lantis to be translated. The contact form is excluded from translation: none of its fields, and nothing you type into it, is sent to Lantis.
Lantis uses Cloudflare (network and translation cache), Supabase (database, with servers in the EU) and the translation services of Anthropic, DeepL and Google, which receive only the page text to be translated. Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area; according to Lantis, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in making the website available in our visitors’ languages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website statistics and cookies
We use Framer’s built-in website statistics, which do not use cookies or other identifiers stored on your device. The language switcher keeps your chosen language and a copy of the translations in your browser’s local storage. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

The legal basis for data management is your voluntary declaration based on consent. We process the data solely for the purpose of preliminary business enquiries.
3. Scope of data managed and duration of data management
The personal information we process is your name, email address and telephone number.
We obtain your data either directly from you, for example when you contact us through this website, by email or by phone, or from the contact details published on your company’s website.
We process the data until you withdraw your consent or until the preliminary business enquiry ends. If we then enter into a contract with you, the Contractual partners notice below applies.
You may withdraw your consent at any time using our contact details below. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing for the period prior to withdrawal.
4. Recipients of personal data
The employees of UTB Envirotec Zrt. have access to the provided data only to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties. Apart from the data processors named under “Hosting and processing” above, which act only on our behalf, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

5.3 At any time, you have the right to request from our company that we transfer your personal data managed in electronic form to you or to another data controller in a commonly used format.
5.4 You have the right to request UTB Envirotec Zrt. to restrict data processing at any time. In the case of restrictions on data management, UTB Envirotec Zrt. may only process personal data with your consent or to assert, enforce or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another person, except for the storage of personal data. You can request the restriction of the processing of personal data if:
you dispute the accuracy of the personal data (for the period needed to verify it),
the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data, requesting the restriction of its use instead,
UTB Envirotec Zrt. no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with our legal obligations, in particular under accounting and tax law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The purpose of data management is to identify and distinguish partners from each other, to contact them, to create user statistics, to manage orders and purchases, to fulfil contractual obligations and exercise rights arising from purchases, and to fulfil accounting obligations.
If you do not agree to the processing of your data in accordance with this information, we will not be able to accept / issue the accounting document or contract.
3. Scope of managed data and duration of data management
We keep the data for at least the retention period required by law: 8 years for accounting documents, 5 years for other records, and 2 years for business cards. Contact data used only to produce internal sales statistics may be kept for that purpose.
The data management covers the contact details (name, telephone number, email address) necessary for the fulfilment of the contract, as well as the data to be indicated on the accounting documents (name, tax number, address).
4. Recipients of personal data
The recorded personal data can only be seen by the company’s employees, to the extent necessary for their work. Personal data is forwarded to the authorities on request or where the law requires it; for example, invoice data is reported to the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) through its online invoice system.
In order to fulfill legal/contractual obligations, other third parties may also access the data (in particular auditors, couriers, IT service providers, etc.).

5.1 You have the right to request information from UTB Envirotec Zrt. at any time about the personal data we process about you, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, as well as about who is receiving or has received your data and for what purpose.

Resumes and other related documentation typically contain the following data: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, schooling, previous jobs, qualifications, skills, references, applied for jobs, salary request.
Your consent will be valid from the time you submit your application until the vacancy is filled. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the contact details under “Complaints” below. The data will be deleted as soon as the position has been filled or your consent has been withdrawn. Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data management for the period prior to the withdrawal.
2.3 Recipients of personal data
Within the company, the personal data can only be seen by the people involved in evaluating the application. Our server (IT hosting) service is provided by a third party acting as our data processor.
3. Personal data processed in connection with unsuccessful applications
3.1 Legal basis and purposes of data processing
By sending your CV and other documents containing your personal data to UTB Envirotec Zrt., you voluntarily and expressly consent to UTB Envirotec Zrt. processing the submitted documents, your name and email address so that you can be considered for positions that may become vacant in the future.
3.2 Scope of data managed and its duration

UTB Envirotec Zrt. will process the data for 12 months from the date your application is received. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal.
The data will be held for a period of 12 months or until there is a withdrawal of your consent, after which time it will be deleted.
