An unfamiliar effluent is a design risk. We run treatability studies on your own wastewater, in our laboratory in Budapest or with a pilot rig on your site.
Laboratory work comes first. Jar and treatability tests, analytical work and sludge characterisation in our 350 m² laboratory show how your effluent responds and which process suits it.
Where the stakes justify it, we test the process at pilot scale. Pilot rigs and containerised demonstration units are built and checked in our 200 m² workshop, then run on your site on the real, variable effluent, so sizing and process qualification rest on measured results rather than assumptions.
